Please be aware that the software called, "Kaltura CaptureSpace Desktop Recorder" is no longer being used or supported by Kaltura.

• Use the newer version called "Kaltura Capture". While the names are similar, the newer Kaltura Capture software is the one with a more compact interface and a large red record button on the left side.
• If your computer still has CaptureSpace Desktop Recorder installed, please uninstall. 

Here is a video showing the uninstall process.

• During the uninstall process, you will be prompted to delete any videos that were created with the old software, be sure to answer NO to this prompt.
• If you have video content you were unable to upload using the old software it will remain stored on your local machine.
• Contact CSC for assistance with uploading any videos to your My Media in Blackboard (Bb).
