Open both ProQuest and Zotero on your computer.

When your ProQuest source is opened, select
Cite
.

Under Export to a citation manager or file select
Citavi, Mendeley, etc.

Leave the defaults and click Continue
.

Click on the downloaded file.

At the Import File window, click OK
.

Your reference should now be imported into Zotero.
