Click on the "Paragraph" fly-out menu on the "Home" tab of the ribbon (circled in the picture).
A dialog box will appear. In the "Special" drop-down box, choose "Hanging" (indicated in the picture). Click "OK."

In the "Format" menu, choose "Align & Indent" and "Intention options" (shown with arrows in the first picture).
A dialog box will appear. In the "Special indent" drop-down box, choose "Hanging" (shown with the arrow in the second picture). Click "Apply."
